Eat the Rich Popsicles are ice cream bars designed to resemble billionaires – Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Jack Ma, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg. The popsicles were sold for a limited time via ice cream trucks in LA and NYC. With their ironically steep $10 price tag and brief status as viral social media props, Eat the Rich Popsicles satirized capitalism’s capacity for absorbing radical critique and reselling it as a palatable novelty.
